The latest addition to Revo's sea-inspired collection is called “EL BLANCO – Inspired by Black Cod”. The vegan fish alternative imitates the delicate texture of cod.
BLANCO brings the essence of the sea to vegan cuisine through a fillet infused with microalgae oil. The main ingredient of the fillet is fermented mycelia (mushroom protein, mycoprotein) – a true superfood! This nutrient-rich ingredient naturally offers a meat-like structure and can therefore be processed particularly gently to preserve its valuable nutrients.

Preparation recommendation:
Pan: Fry each side for 3-4 minutes with the lid closed in a little oil over low to medium heat.
Oven: Bake at 200 °C top and bottom heat or convection for 14-16 minutes.
Air fryer: Preheat to 200 °C and fry for 8-10 minutes.
