Harvest and Vinification: 100% hand harvest end of August, 2025; gentle whole cluster pressing; spontaneous fermentation at 19°C, 70% in stainless steel tank and 30% in 1200l wooden barrel; 5 months aging on fine lees; bottling without filtration or fining and with minimal sulfuring
Wine Description: light straw yellow with greenish reflections, fresh citrus and stone fruit aromas, dry, lively balanced acidity with plenty of fruit and a lively, elegant finish;
