Harvest and Vinification: 100% hand-picked on September 6th; slow, gentle, whole bunch pressing; spontaneous fermentation at 19°C, 100% in 1200l wooden barrels; 5 months on fine lees; bottling without filtration or fining and with minimal sulfuring.
Wine Description: straw yellow with greenish reflections, spicy apple fruit and exotic aromas, dry taste with lively, harmonious acidity, fine fruit spice (pear and pepper), mineral, complex finish;
