Gruber-Röschitz BIO Gemischter Satz 2025 

White wine 12.5% Vol. 

For this mixed set, we use grapes from the vineyards in Röschitz and from our organic winegrower colleagues in the area. Embedded in a gently hilly landscape, with soil formations of loess and granite, this area offers the best conditions for the mixed set. Fruity, juicy, it shows an easy way of enjoying wine.

Taste profile:

Light straw yellow with green reflections. In the nose a play of fruit & herbal spice with slightly mineral notes.
Apple & pear paired with sweet vineyard peach and nuances of peppermint.
On the palate, the fruit is reflected, with mineral notes. Drink-animating acidity supports the fruit of pear & apricot and light salinity.
In the finish, the herbal and mineral notes remain for a long time.

Grape variety: 36% Grüner Veltliner, 29% Riesling, 17% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Welschriesling, 6% Gelber Musakteller

These include granite, loess and clay soils as well as an airy-cool climate, which in turn brings unique freshness and minerality with fruit to the palate. The harmoniously flowing family dynamics, which combines old knowledge and new spirit, give the wines an unmistakably harmonious character.
