In the glass: Light straw yellow with greenish reflections.

On the nose a harmonious interplay of juicy fruit and fine spice, accompanied by mineral nuances. Ripe apple and Williams pear meet vineyard peach and lemon balm.

On the palate the fruit is reflected, underpinned by fine minerality. The lively acidity supports notes of apricot and citrus, complemented by a subtle saltiness.

Its bright ruby red already hints at what is reflected in the aroma: subtle candied violets, blackberry, ripe plums, delicately spicy.
On the palate dark berries, dried plums, juicy, soft tannins, elegant in the finish.

This red wine pairs excellently with Italian pasta dishes, but also with Tafelspitz and grilled salmon.
