The Mitterberg is the largest contiguous vineyard in Vienna. The location directly above the winery with almost 14 hectares offers enough space for a huge variety of grape varieties, which have developed and grown together over the last 65 years.
Tasting notes:
In the glass, a clear, bright straw yellow with golden reflections shines.
On the nose, the cool, complex aromas of fully ripe stone fruit, vineyard peach, ripe yellow pear, spicy alpine meadow herbs, and some blood orange unfold. The fine mineral notes of damp limestone and wet felt.
On the palate, the acidity is crisp and refreshing.
