Preparation recommendation: 

Microwave: heat for 2 minutes at 750 watts, do not remove the lid or pierce before heating. Then let stand for 30 seconds, remove the lid, ready to eat. 

Pan: remove the lid, put the contents in the pan, add 4 spoons of water, simmer for 4 minutes.
