Description
To prepare the perfect seafood risotto, we use top-quality Italian rice, cooked in cuttlefish broth and clam water. We add the best grooved shrimp, cuttlefish and clams, for a real taste of the sea, and season the whole thing with a little thyme and parsley.
Preparation recommendation:
Microwave: heat for 2 minutes at 750 watts, do not remove lid or pierce before heating. Then let stand for 30 seconds, remove lid, ready to eat.
Pan: remove lid, put contents in the pan, add 4 spoons of water, simmer for 4 minutes.
Wine recommendation: Pinot Grigio DOC
