Trumer Seenland fits fantastically, because there is also an organic hay milk region. And with the organic hay milk region, we come to the most important ingredient for our cheese creations: organic hay milk. This comes from selected farmers around our cheese dairy.

Our family business has been in existence since 1931 and is now managed by the brothers Thomas and Josef in the fourth generation.
