Description
Parsnips have a slightly sweet, spicy and pleasantly nutty flavor, similar to celery. They are excellent in vegetable stews, raw (for example in a salad) or as roasted vegetables.
About the producer
We have been operating our farm according to the criteria of organic farming since 1990 in one of the most fertile areas of Austria - the Marchfeld.
Storage recommendation
They are best stored in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator, wrapped in cling film to keep the vegetables moist and preserve their freshness for up to three weeks.
