"Organic" means that fertilisation is mainly done with compost and that pests are not controlled with sprays, but with beneficial insects. Within the framework of our organic farm, we cultivate organic onions and organic carrots ofexcellent quality and outstanding taste. Thanks to the special soil conditions of the Marchfeld, our organic highlights thrive particularly well here. The loess-rich soil is ideal for the cultivation of vegetables. A typical feature of our organic carrots is their slightly sweetish taste.
