Parsnip loose

Parsnips have a slightly sweet, spicy and pleasantly nutty flavor, similar to celery. They are ideal in vegetable stews, raw (for example in a salad) or as roasted vegetables.

Storage recommendation

They are best stored in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator, wrapped in cling film to keep the vegetables moist and preserve their freshness for up to three weeks.
