The ingredients for Alnatura Aceto Balsamico di Modena (protected geographical indication) come from organic farming, it is matured in wooden barrels and contains six percent acid. Its sweet and sour taste harmonises with antipasti, vegetable and meat dishes and salads, but it can also be a sophisticated accompaniment to strawberries and desserts. Vegan.
