Organic coffee with perfect crema

The organic and Fairtrade-certified Caffè Crema Bio from J. Hornig convinces with its strong aroma and its powerful, distinctive taste. For our organic coffee, we use only carefully selected Arabica and Robusta beans from South America, Central America and Asia.

The Caffè Crema Bio from J. Hornig gives coffee gourmets bright joy. On the one hand, because the crema is always perfect and because its strong flavour is based on a strong aroma. On the other hand, because only beans from controlled organic cultivation are used. Grown in the best growing areas, traded according to FAIRTRADE rules.

Gently roasted

Since 1912, only selected coffee beans from the best growing regions in the world have been roasted in the roasting plant in Graz. We swear by the traditional long-term roasting process. In this process, the beans are roasted slowly but gently for about twelve to 20 minutes. In this way, the flavour potential of the green coffee is fully exploited and the chlorogenic acid in the bean is better broken down. This makes the organic coffee particularly digestible.
