Use
Due to its aromatic flavour, it is recommended that the sweet flesh of the baby pineapple is eaten raw and not made into a dessert. To do this, cut the baby pineapple open from below through the crown and divide these halves again. The small, soft stalk of the resulting quarters can even be eaten without any problems. The baby pineapple can also be used very well for decorative purposes.
Storage
