Sugar snap peas are a pea variety from the Fabaceae family. Other names for sugar snap peas are Kefe, Kaiserschote, Kiefelerbse, Knackerbse, Zuckerschote or Mange-tout. The flowers of the sugar snap pea are white to pink. The fruits of the sugar snap pea have no parchment layer in the pod and do not become tough.
Storage recommendation
