Country of origin
Description
White wine 12.5% vol.
After an 8-hour maceration period, the wine is fermented in a relatively cool place in order to retain the fine aroma. A few grams of residual sugar are also allowed to remain, so that the aroma is additionally underlined! The wine is vinified as a single-varietal wine and bottled as gently as technically possible! This cult drink is called "Che" in our country. The story behind it comes from an amusing incident from Christian Schabl's past. He is also affectionately called "Che" by some friends. Behind this is his alleged resemblance to Ernesto "Che" Guevara
Under the guiding principle "Creativity, commitment, knowledge and the courage to take risks - our guiding principle to offer you the best!", Christian Schabl has been responsible for the quality of the products of the Schabl Winery since the 2002 vintage.
According to this resolution, over the years he has brought a breath of fresh air to the business, which has been growing wine for generations.
Growing with the challenges of the years, he has not shied away from constantly improving his business, investing in technology and ambience in order to be able to offer his guests the best - regionally and internationally recognised and award-winning top wines and a harmonious environment in which to enjoy them.
