Store dry and dark at room temperature.
For fried noodles: Cook noodles in sufficient water for approx. 4 minutes. Then rinse the noodles briefly with cold water and drain. Fry noodles for approx. 3 minutes. For noodle soup: Cook noodles in sufficient water for approx. 6 minutes.
