The Wijngaard Affiné cheese is a matured, traditional Gouda from the Netherlands, produced in the cheese dairy of Wijngaard Cheesemakers. The cheese is characterized by its velvety texture and its finely balanced aroma, which is created by a maturation of several months on wooden shelves.
