Baby Kale

Baby Kale, also known as young kale, is a tender variation of the classic kale. Its small, soft leaves have a mild, slightly nutty flavor and are particularly versatile in modern cuisine. Compared to mature kale, Baby Kale does not require a long cooking time and can be used raw in salads, smoothies or as a fresh side dish.

It can also be steamed, sautéed briefly or prepared as crispy Baby Kale Chips in the oven.
