Calvi Tuna Pâté
75% tuna, olive oil and salt are processed in this pâté. It is ideal for canapés, as a spread under cooked ham, for preparing vitello tonnato, for seasoning mayonnaise in combination with capers and for salad and pasta sauces.
About Calvi
The Calvi family is based in Imperia in Liguria and is a fourth-generation olive oil dealer, producer and farmer. They are known for their Mosto Oro, the single-varietal olive oil from late-harvested Taggiasca olives. In addition to this mild-fruity flagship oil, the Mosto Argento, a blend, and the best anchovy fillets are the calling cards of this quality house.
