Iglo Ideenküche Protein Mix
The Ideenküche Natur Protein Mix consists of edamame, peas, broccoli, cauliflower and romano beans. With 20 grams of protein per bag, the new mix is a real powerhouse. Eating vegetables can be so exciting!
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a pot:
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot, add the desired amount of Protein Mix unthawed and continue cooking for about 4 minutes after the water has come back to a boil.
Preparation in the microwave:
Put the contents of the package unthawed with 3 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe bowl and heat covered at 600 watts for about 10-12 minutes. Stir well after half of the cooking time.
Please heat the product thoroughly before consumption!
