Itineraire des Saveurs Crepes
The traditional batter consists of eggs, flour, sugar, and milk, optionally flavored (orange zest, alcohol, etc.); it is generally eaten sweet.
Traditionally, the batter is baked on a special device called a bilig in Breton, and referred to as a galetière, galettoire, or kachel in Upper Brittany. The batter is spread into a disc using a small rake-like tool, known among other names as a rozell, rouable, or raclette.

Serving suggestion:
1. Place the sweet spread in a saucepan and add the cream. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, peel the bananas and slice them. Place them in a deep dish.
3. Squeeze the lemon over the banana slices and mix.
4. Arrange a crepe on a plate and spread it with the hot sweet spread.
5. Place a layer of banana slices on top, then cover with another crepe.
6. Repeat the process until you run out of crepes, ending with a final crepe on top.
7. Chop the toasted hazelnuts and sprinkle them over the crepe cake. Drizzle with the remaining warm spread sauce.
