Our Drautaler Leicht makes it possible to enjoy one of Austria's most popular cheeses in a variant with reduced calories.
The mild and fine sliced cheese is produced in the same way as the popular Drautaler - according to traditional methods, but contains a lower fat content. However, the typical mild and fine taste remains completely preserved. 

As a brand for the conscious connoisseur, it is always our concern to expand our cheese specialities from a nutritional point of view.

Traditional dairy farmers with passion

Every day, around 1000 farmers, from the Großglockner to the Gurktal, deliver fresh milk, from which over 400 different quality products are produced. Together with us, they take responsibility for the region, the animals and the people and at the same time promote the rural cultural heritage and the traditional alpine farming in the region.

Our dairy farmers are 100% owners of Kärntnermilch, but at the same time they are also our main suppliers and customers. Through careful cultivation of the soil, they guarantee biodiversity in our milk collection area and thus contribute to an ecologically sustainable cycle.

Store at + 4° C to + 6° C. Store refrigerated after opening and consume within 3 days.
