The Organic Wiesenmilch Emmentaler is a traditional hard cheese that harmonises perfectly with strong red wines. The cheese is matured for at least six months with selected surface ripening cultures and is an essential part of the Carinthian snack with its full-bodied flavour.

With the “Organic Wiesenmilch” brand, we focus on milk production from the power of the meadow. Organic Wiesenmilch comes from cows that are guaranteed to be kept on pasture during the entire vegetation period and whose feed primarily comes from the farm's own production.
Only on pasture can cattle optimally live out their species-typical behaviour. It guarantees our cows sufficient exercise, sun and fresh grass.
