Description
Omega-3 Arktis (200 ml) is a purely natural cod liver oil from sustainable Arctic fisheries. A daily dose (10 ml, approx. 1 tablespoon) provides 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). The recommended dose of 2 g of omega-3 has been shown to regulate an insufficient level of omega-3 in the body, which can be detected by measuring the omega-3 index.
