Soy sauce is a classic seasoning in Asian cuisine. The Alnatura Shoyu-style soy sauce is produced through fermentation using traditional Japanese methods from organic ingredients and contains, in addition to 33 percent soybeans, only water, a little sea salt, and wheat flour. It is allowed to mature for at least five months, developing its unmistakable spicy, robust flavor. Thus, it is ideal for refining Far Eastern dishes. Vegan.
