Pure Encapsulations® Calcium (Calcium Citrate)

Organically bound calcium with optimal bioavailability! Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the human organism. Of this, 99% (equivalent to approx. 1 kg) is stored in the skeleton. The supply of calcium and the need for it are very individual. Especially for people with food intolerances (e.g. milk intolerance), an additional intake makes sense. The importance of the essential mineral is multifaceted. It ranges from maintaining optimal bone density and strong nail and tooth structure to well-functioning conduction (communication of nerve cells). Furthermore, calcium is essential for muscle function (including the heart muscle) and blood clotting. Calcium citrate is particularly well tolerated and is easily absorbed by the body.
