Pure Encapsulations® Vitamin D3 liquid, 22.5ml

In many European countries, an insufficient supply of vitamin D3 can be observed in all age groups, although the "sun vitamin" can be produced by the human organism itself through direct sunlight on the skin. The extent of the body's own synthesis is influenced by many factors (season, skin pigmentation, skin covered with clothing or sunscreens, etc.) and also decreases with age. It is therefore all the more important to pay attention to your vitamin D level. The fat-soluble vitamin is not only essential for bone metabolism and bone density, but also fulfils important tasks for maintaining a balanced immune system, calcium balance and muscle function.

Ingredients

Vitamin D3(cholecalciferol) (1000 I.U.) 25 mcg

1 drop of vitamin D3 liquid contains 25 mcg (1000 I.U.) of vitamin D3
(cholecalciferol). If consumed every 2 days, this corresponds to
12.5 mcg (500 I.U.) vitamin D3 corresponding to 250% of the
recommended daily intake according to LMIV
