Beluga lentils
A small lentil variety with a strong black colour and fine nutty flavour. Beluga lentils - also called caviar lentils - do not break down as easily as other lentil varieties when cooked and are therefore perfect for salads and as a side dish. The Alnatura beluga lentils come from organic farming.
