Bio Trockenmischung zur Zubereitung von Kartoffelpüree.
Zutaten: Kartoffeln* 96%, Meersalz, Gewürze* (Zwiebelpulver*, Muskatnuss*, Knoblauch*, Liebstöckel*, Kurkuma*), Sonnenblumenöl*.
*aus biologischer Landwirtschaft .
Kann Spuren von Gluten, Ei, Soja, Milch, Sellerie und Senf enthalten.
Trocken & vor Wärme geschützt lagern.
Zubereitungsempfehlung: 250 ml Wasser in einen Topf gießen. 250 ml Milch abmessen, die Hälfte der Milch zum Wasser geben und den Topfinhalt zum Kochen bringen. Den Topf von der Herdplatte nehmen, die restliche Milch dazugeben. Einen Beutel Kartoffelpüree in die heiße Flüssigkeit einrühren. Wenn gewünscht, mit einem Stück Butter verfeinern. Nach einer Minute das Püree mit einem Schneebesen erneut kräftig durchschlagen.
