Organizer and Participation Requirements
The Coca Cola competition is conducted by Gurkerl.at GmbH, Gutheil-Schoder-Gasse 17, 1230 Vienna. Participation in the competition requires the purchase of 2 x 6-Tray 1.5L PET sodas from Coca Cola HBC Austria at gurkerl.at within the period from 19.05.2025, 00:00 to 01.06.2025, 23:59.
Participation and Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Austria. Minor participants require the consent of their legal representative. Participation in the competition is reserved for customers in the delivery area of Gurkerl.at GmbH Vienna.
Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Gurkerl.at GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation through automated data processing or third parties, such as competition agencies, is also not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as manipulation, violations of these participation conditions, unfair behavior, or false information in connection with participation.
Competition Process
The competition runs from 19.05.2025, 00:00 to 01.06.2025, 23:59. To participate in the competition, 2 x 6-Tray 1.5L PET sodas from Coca Cola HBC Austria must be purchased at gurkerl.at. The winners will be contacted by email by 30.06.2025.
Prizes and Prize Notification

The winners will be determined by random selection. The prize notification will be sent by email by 30.06.2025. The prize is personal and non-transferable. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Termination of the Competition
Gurkerl.at GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice, particularly for technical or legal reasons that impair the proper conduct of the competition. Manipulations or abusive registrations lead to exclusion from the competition.
Data Protection
No new data of the participants will be collected for the competition. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
Applicable Law
Questions and complaints related to the competition should be directed to Gurkerl.at GmbH. Contact details can be found in the imprint section at https://www.gurkerl.at/seite/impressum. Legal recourse is excluded, and German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these participation conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In this case, a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the sense and purpose of the invalid provision applies. The same applies to gaps in these participation conditions.
