Organizer and Participation Requirements
The Stauds competition is conducted by Gurkerl.at GmbH, Gutheil-Schoder-Gasse 17, 1230 Vienna. Participation in the competition requires that a comment is made under the competition post on Instagram or Facebook between the period from 04.11.2024, 00:00 to 13.11.2024, 23:59 and that Staud’s is followed on Facebook (@Stauds)/ Instagram (@stauds_vienna), as well as Gurkerl.at on Facebook (@gurkerl.at / Instagram (@gurkerl_at). Sharing the post increases the chances of winning. Prize collection at Staud’s Pavilion at Brunnenmarkt, corner of Schellhammergasse/Brunnengasse, 1160 Vienna.
Participation and Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Austria. Minor participants require the consent of their legal representative. Participation in the competition is reserved for customers in the delivery area of Gurkerl.at GmbH Vienna.
Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Gurkerl.at GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation through automated data processing or third parties, such as competition agencies, is also not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as manipulation, violations of these participation conditions, unfair behavior, or false information in connection with participation.
Competition Process
The competition runs from 04.11.2024, 00:00 to 13.11.2024, 23:59. To participate in the competition, a comment must be made under the competition post on Instagram or Facebook and Staud’s must be followed on Facebook (@Stauds)/ Instagram (@stauds_vienna), as well as Gurkerl.at on Facebook (@gurkerl.at / Instagram (@gurkerl_at). Sharing the post increases the chances of winning. Prize collection at Staud’s Pavilion at Brunnenmarkt, corner of Schellhammergasse/Brunnengasse, 1160 Vienna. Winners will be contacted via DM message by 27.11.2024.
Prizes and Prize Notification

Winners are determined by random selection. Prize notification will be made by 27.11.2024 via DM message through the respective social media portal. The prize is personal and non-transferable. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Termination of the Competition
Gurkerl.at GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice, particularly for technical or legal reasons that impair the proper conduct of the competition. Manipulations or abusive registrations lead to exclusion from the competition.
Data Protection
No new data of the participants will be collected for the competition. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
Applicable Law
Questions and complaints related to the competition should be directed to Gurkerl.at GmbH. Contact details can be found in the imprint section at https://www.gurkerl.at/seite/impressum. Legal recourse is excluded, and German law applies excluding the UN Sales Convention.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these participation conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In this case, a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the sense and purpose of the invalid provision applies. The same applies to gaps in these participation conditions.
