Organic goat cheese, milk, and yogurt
The success story of Mandl's Ziegenhof began in 1996 when the first goat "Ester" arrived at the farm. The valuable goat milk was soon used to produce the first goat cheese balls. As the customer base grew, so did the herd of goats. Thus, in 2002, the dairy and cattle farm was converted to pure goat farming and 100% organic.
When Michael took over the farm in 2012, it experienced another upswing. The number of goats was increased, a new, modern cheese dairy was built, and the barn was expanded. Michael and his team lovingly take care of the well-being of the goats every day.
