With a lot of love, handmade and from the best organic ingredients, Goldblatt creates authentic food for a tasteful, sustainable, and conscious diet. By using purely plant-based ingredients, it aims to contribute to saving animals' lives and advancing the protection of our planet. The small family business has been around since April 2021 in the Pöllauer Tal Nature Park, East Styria. The chef Mat and his partner Mel, as well as brother Stephan, live for vegan delicacies that set new standards with their quality.
