Domäne Wachau Grüner Veltliner Federspiel Terraces 2019

 

White wine 12.5% vol.

Luminous greenish yellow; distinctive nose with aromas of green apple and white pepper, some mango and delicate herbal notes; medium-bodied on the palate with a refreshing acidity, harmonious and juicy with a fruity and spicy finish. A characteristic Federspiel of Grüner Veltliner, balanced, well-balanced and very typical.

Ideal well chilled from the fridge at about 9°C. The wine can be drunk young, but also has 2-3 years of storage potential. Goes very well with baked dishes such as Wiener Schnitzel, with poultry and various fish dishes.
