Manouri is a delicious, exceptional and traditional Greek whey cheese. It is produced exclusively in central-western Macedonia and Thessaly from whey from sheep's and goat's milk with the addition of cream. Manouri is a fresh, creamy, soft cheese with a unique taste. It is ideal on a sandwich with a good sip of red wine as accompaniment.
