Dr. Böhm® Magnesium Sport® + Creatine contains exactly this clinically effective amount of creatine per daily dose in the form of a refreshing drinking powder and is to be taken only once daily. The creatine used is Creavitalis®, a highly pure creatine monohydrate made in Germany.
Additionally, 150 mg of magnesium are included. This mineral is essential – because it is what activates the enzymes in the body that make creatine usable for the muscle.
Directions for use
Dissolve 1 sachet daily in 0.3 – 0.5 l of water and stir well. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Residues in the glass are natural for creatine and do not affect its efficacy.
Note
Training interval at least 3x weekly. The positive effect of 3 g of creatine is achieved with regular, moderate strength training over a longer period of time (at an intensity of 65% – 75% of the maximum training weight).
