Magnesium is involved in many metabolic processes, maintains the electrolyte balance and has positive effects on the energy metabolism. Thus, it can contribute to physical and mental fatigue. Magnesium Energy contains magnesium in the excellently tolerated citrate and glycinate form, making it particularly suitable for sports activity.

Potassium, like magnesium, is increasingly consumed during muscle stress and also ideally supplements the magnesium functions in the body. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Sodium hydrogen carbonate replaces bicarbonate and lost sodium. Vitamin B12 is important for blood formation and cell division. In the metabolically active form as methylcobalamin, it rapidly contributes to normal energy metabolism as well as to the normal function of the nervous system. Taurine is an aminoethanesulfonic acid, is found in the daily diet and is found in the body especially in energy-rich organs such as the heart, brain or muscles.
