Dr. Böhm^® Vitamin D3 provides you with optimally dosed vitamin D3 for strong defences. The special thing about Dr. Böhm Vitamin D3: The added virgin olive oil enables your body to absorb the fat-soluble vitamin D3 even better. The Austrian, German and Swiss Societies for Nutrition recommend an intake of 800 I.E. (I.E. = International Units) of vitamin D per day for adults to cover the vitamin D requirement. You can achieve this amount with just one capsule of Dr. Böhm^® vitamin D3 every 2 days.

Vitamin D3 is a true multi-talent that occurs in every cell and positively influences many processes in the human body. It is indispensable for our immune system, makes an essential contribution to healthy muscle function and also promotes bone structure and dental health. Vitamin D3 occupies a special position among vitamins because the body can produce it itself in the skin with the help of sunlight. In Central Europe, however, sunlight is unfortunately often too weak to allow sufficient production of vitamin D by the sun. In addition, in everyday life we often spend time indoors and little time outdoors. So even in the summer months we don't get enough sun. The older we get, the less vitamin D3 our body produces. Studies show that schoolchildren and senior citizens in particular are often vitamin D deficient.

Application

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, unchewed, with some liquid. The capsules can be swallowed independently of a meal or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
