EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) is an essential omega-3 fatty acid that the body cannot produce itself and should therefore be supplied through food. EPA is an important building block for certain of the body's own metabolic products, such as the so-called eicosanoids.
Eicosanoids play a central role in various metabolic processes and can, among other things, have an anti-inflammatory effect.

The Omega-3 Vegan EPA (100 ml) consists of a unique combination: a plant-based, high-dose algae oil and a cold-pressed olive oil from certified organic farming with a high polyphenol content. With a daily dose (5 ml/1 tsp) you receive 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids. This daily dosage has proven effective in regulating omega-3 levels in the body, as demonstrated by measurements of the omega-3 index using fatty acid analysis.

How to use
The recommended daily dose is 5 ml, which corresponds to 1 teaspoon. One bottle contains 100 ml. With normal consumption, one bottle lasts for approx. 20 days. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, therapist, or pharmacist. The dosage can be easily measured with the enclosed measuring cup. Different consumption recommendations currently apply to pregnant and breastfeeding women; according to legal regulations, this is 450 mg EPA/DHA daily (or 1 ml per day).
