Easy and quick removal of dirt and foreign bodies with the sterile Similasan eyelid cleaning wipes. The disposable wipes have been specially developed for people with sensitive skin, eyelids and eyes.   Properties

Areas of application   A well-cleansed eye area gives the eyes a feeling of well-being. Deposits, secretions and foreign bodies are removed.

• For allergic eyes: Removes pollen, dust or other foreign bodies from the eyelashes. 
• For inflamed eyes: Removes deposits and secretions, e.g. when the eye is stuck together in the morning. 
• For sensitive eyes: For removing make-up. 
• For dry eyes: For eyelid care, e.g. in the event of a dysfunction of the meibomian gland. 
• Before and after ophthalmological treatments.

 

Application

• After carefully cleaning your hands, open the bag and pull out the cloth. Apply the cloth to the eyelid area and wipe it gently to ensure sufficient cleaning, removal of dirt, secretions / secretions and foreign bodies in the eye area.
• In the case of particularly stubborn secretions or the closure of a tear duct, it is advisable to warm the closed bag in lukewarm water (approx. 40 °C) for a few minutes and then use the cloth as a warm compress to gently massage the area.
• On the other hand, in the case of inflammation, it is advisable to cool the bag in the refrigerator for a few hours and then apply the open cloth to the eye, leaving it in place for a few minutes as a cold compress.
• No rinsing is necessary after use.

Soft cloths soaked in a solution of: water, propylene glycol, cocoyl wheat amino acids, glycerin, sodium chloride, Camellia sinensis (tea) leaf extract, sodium citrate, citric acid.
