Description
Omega-3 Total (200 ml) is a unique combination of a natural fish oil with a high EPA content and an extra virgin olive oil from organic farming (antioxidant). A daily dose (8 ml, about 1 tablespoon) provides 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). The recommended dose of 2 g of omega-3 has been shown to be effective in regulating an insufficient omega-3 level in the body, which can be detected by measuring the Omega-3 Index.
