The "Peppersweet" is the star in the antipasti range from DIE KÄSEMACHER. At that time, these sweet, mild peppers were the first fruits to be filled with a heart of cheese. After careful ripening, each fruit is picked individually by hand – this is the only way to guarantee a gentle harvesting process. Subsequently, the fruits receive their heart of finest cream cheese, thus becoming a true "Peppersweet".
The uses for DIE KÄSEMACHER's Peppersweet are diverse! For snacking alone or with family and friends, as a side dish for a Brettljause, with grilled or fried fish and meat, indispensable on antipasti platters, suitable for frying.
