Ralò is a family business in the Abruzzo region, which Primopasto appreciates for its continuous quality. Vegetables such as peppers, Borettane onions and artichokes are processed fresh from the harvest, grilled, seasoned and pickled. The olives in oil and brine come from a traditional company in Veneto that has specialized in this field since 1955.
