Oregano, also known as wild Turkish oregano, is a versatile spice with an intense and profound flavor. It gives dishes a strong, spicy, slightly peppery, and stimulating fruity note and harmonizes perfectly with Mediterranean herbs such as thyme and rosemary. It is therefore an ideal companion in numerous dishes - both for hearty and sweet creations. 

Use 

To enjoy the full flavor of this first-class oregano, it should be cooked for at least 15 minutes. It has a strong intensity - therefore it is recommended to use it sparingly and to add more if necessary.
