Also steakhouse fries, fries topped with cheese, sweet potato fries, classic potato wedges – and even croquettes, princess potatoes and roasted potatoes: All these favourite potato side dishes can be seasoned excellently with a single spice – the STAY SPICED ! Fries & Wedges Marinade & Shaker spice. On the table, your favourite spice for crispy potatoes presents itself as it should be: nicely spicy and smoky!
Use
For farmhouse wedges, wash the unpeeled potatoes, halve them and soak them in water for a while. This washes out the potato starch and makes the wedges really crispy. Then drizzle with olive oil and season generously with the S! Fries & Wedges Marinade & Shaker spice. Mix everything and bake at 170°C convection for 40 minutes until golden brown. Corn goes very well with this!
By the way, it also tastes absolutely fantastic on homemade popcorn! Wow!
