The origin of Noan's "first-born" olive oil Classic is the unspoiled Pilion peninsula in the east of the Greek mainland. The Pilion enjoys a very special reputation: A charming Mediterranean landscape with secluded bays, lush forests and friendly people, ideal for explorers and connoisseurs away from mass tourism. The area is almost completely covered with olive trees, most of which bear the "Amfissa", a medium-sized, round to oval olive with fine and firm flesh – the fruits of our delicious NOAN Classic.
