The "Peppersweet" is the star in the antipasti range from DIE KÄSEMACHER.
The sweet, mild peppers were the first fruits to be filled with a heart of cheese. After careful ripening, each fruit is picked individually by hand - this is the only way to guarantee a gentle harvesting process.
The fruits then receive their heart of finest cream cheese and thus become a real "Peppersweet". Preserving jars from Die Käsemacher can be kept for up to a year thanks to a special heat process, without any cooling.
This makes them particularly suitable for long transport routes and for longer storage.
The Peppersweet in the jars remains crisp and fresh during storage - so if unexpected visitors should come by, delicious antipasti specialities are always at hand.
