The native Byodo flaxseed oil is cold-pressed under exclusion of air and light. It has a mild, nutty taste and is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. These polyunsaturated fatty acids are a valuable addition to a balanced diet. In the can, it is optimally protected from light & environmental influences. The native flaxseed oil can be enjoyed, for example, in breakfast quark with fresh fruit, in herb quark with jacket potatoes, in delicious beetroot risotto, or simply pure.

But please be careful: This sensitive oil does not tolerate heat! After opening, it should be stored in the refrigerator.
